ELIZABETH L. CALL DEXTER - Elizabeth L. Call, 94, died October 21, 1999 at a Dexter nursing home following a long illness. She was born June 26, 1905 in Dexter the daughter of Edwin and Erma (Flanders) Call. She graduated from N. H. Fay High School, Class of 1923, and Farmington Normal School, Class of 1925. A beloved teacher for thirty-seven years, she taught at the Good Will School in Hinckley, the Lexington, Mass. Elementary School and then returned to teach in the elementary schools of her hometown, Dexter. She was a member of the First Universalist (Unitarian Universalist) Church of Dexter, and was a devoted member of the Dexter Sunshine Club, where she served as clerk for many years. She is survived by 2 sisters, Isabelle Hopkins of Dexter, and Alberta Flanders of Sudsbury, Mass; as well as several nieces and nephews. She will also be remembered by a dear friend, Mildred McNaughton of Newport. There will be no visiting hours. Funeral services were held October 25 at Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main Street, Dexter. Burial was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
